How to return an item

Espino offers store credit on returned items.

A return request form must be completed and submitted to hello@espinosilk.com with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line within 7 days of purchase date and the item must be shipped back to Espino within 7 days of receiving an approved return request. Late returns are not accepted and store credit will not be issued on late returns.

All return items must be in pristine, original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags affixed. Late returns aren’t accepted and store credit will not be issued if the return deadline is missed.

Since the purchaser is responsible for customs, duties and local taxes, Espino does not refund those charges, nor does it refund initial shipping charges. Please use a reliable, trackable method of return shipment. Espino does not accept liability for returns that are lost or damaged in return shipments.

Espino evaluates the return item/s upon receipt and if they meet the conditions of the return policy, the store credit will be approved and processed.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not covered by Espino. Espinosilk.com can only process the return of items purchased on this website.

Product Defects

Quality tailoring is a hallmark of Espino. In the unlikely event of a defect in your item, please contact us at hello@espinosilk.com with a description and photos, within 7 days of receiving the shipment so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction, immediately.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear or incorrect washing, drying or ironing are not considered defective and are not covered under the defective item policy.
